We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please log into your Woosuite account to contact support.

Within 14 days of the trial/purchase of any plugin package, we will refund the full amount you paid upon request.

No refunds are provided for plugin package purchases after the first 14 days.

After the initial refund period expires for subscription-based products, we will continue to charge you on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis at the initial subscription rate unless you cancel your account via the clearly-marked “Cancel” link within your account panel.

You may cancel any subscription products from within your Woosuite account at any time. All files associated with a canceled site will be deleted.
